This page is to bring awareness to Black lives and mental health issues. We want to connect people to resources and learning opportunities to stay engaged in their community. With this knowledge a bridge of communication could be used to help those who need it.
Black Lives Matter is a mass movement advocating for non-violent civil disobedience in protest against police brutality and all racially motivated violence against African-American people across the world.
We interact with society everyday. It is essential that we become informed on issues surrounding our communities regarding police brutality, institutionalized racism, interpersonal racism,colorism, and many more topics. Simonne and Kaley are rising high school seniors. This is an important cause that they feel strongly about. They want to raise awareness for those who are unheard. There are a lot of problems built against the black community including: systemic racism, systemic inequality, and many other issues that the uniformed need to know/learn about.
